Part-Time Facilities Manager
Lakeview Baptist Church is looking for a dependable, hands-on person to help care for our church campus and keep our facilities running smoothly.
The Facilities Manager will oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our interior and exterior spaces, help coordinate repairs and projects, and make sure our facilities are safe, clean, functional, and ready for ministry and events.
This is a part-time position typically scheduled Monday–Thursday, with flexible hours based on the needs of the facility. The position may also include occasional Friday responsibilities and on-call availability for security alarms or other urgent facility issues.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is comfortable working with their hands and has practical experience with building and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience in areas such as:
Plumbing repair
Carpentry and drywall
Painting and general repairs
Basic mechanical systems
Moving equipment and supplies
Event setup and teardown
Routine floor maintenance and cleaning equipment

The position also involves coordinating with custodial staff and outside contractors, performing preventative maintenance, and responding to facility needs as they arise.
